Why does the search function for the forum not find text in my question

I posted the query “Why is there no digital signature for firefox 4.0 on MSWindows” (or very similar), having first checked that a search for “digital signature” failed.

After posting I repeated the search, and still found nothing! If this is a cache issue, perhaps there should be some disclaimer when you say nothing is found.
