When downloading the program shows up on the 'downloads' page, but I am not able to install from there. Clicking won't work, right click opens a menu but 'open' is not active. I have rebooted... no change I changed the location of where to save the install... no change. I turned off the firewall... no change. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance, gonetothedogs
