I am not sure which Firefox product I have installed, it was on my Dell desktop computer when I bought it from dell.com Nov. of 2008, but anyhow it will not open any websites now. It is saying that it is having problems connecting, however my cable internet is working properly as well as my weather bug and my internet explorer? I am currently using a computer at school. I don't know who I should call to receive help. The help option at the top of the browser will not work due to lack of connection to any websites. My email is KatK83@siu.edu

You posted with a very old Firefox 2.0.04 from 2007: Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4

You should update to 3.5.15 or 3.6.12

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
