The installed Firefox icon does not take me to the Firefox homepage. The default language is unreadable(to me). Without the ability to access Firefox homepage, I cannot access Settings, which leaves me dead in the water. Ideally, I'd like to start from scratch. I don't want to give up on Firefox, but right now, I can't even refresh, let alone cancel outright. Please help. -Patrick Branin

Hi Patrick

Where does the Firefox homepage icon take you to?

What version number of Firefox for Android do you have installed?

Please be patient. This is a lot of work. Seburo has asked: Where does the Firefox homepage icon take you to?

What version number of Firefox for Android do you have installed? I am replying: Well, the app doesn't allow screen shots, or I'd send you a picture. So I can't get to settings to determine what version of Firefox I have installed. Anyway, it's all in a language I can't read. Hitting the back button does nothing but take me back to my own homepage. The last sentence of the page is underlined and reads: "Mite te rëdomtë mbi shfetimin privat. The search box reads "Beni kërkimose jepni a... Which takes me to a page which adds to the previous page a symbol (which I can't draw here, but looks vaguely like a chain link): Poltësoje lidhjen ngae papastra (https://www. amazon.com/posts/fee... , followed by another symbol similar to our "expand page" icon, and the word Skanoje. Then the "search" icon, and: Motor kërkimesh. Then, another search bar with the Google logo ("G"), and: Beni kërkim ose jepni adresë, which takes me to a page that merely repeats the previous page. Honestly, that's alI I have to work with. A screenshot allowance sure would have helped me here. Regards, Pat Branin

Hi

If you press the volume "-" button and the power button on your Android device, it will take a screenshot that will be saved to your pictures and that you can upload to a reply to this thread.

To see the version number, open the Firefox for Android menu, select Settings, scroll to the bottom of the list and select About Firefox.
