VPN installation error

I just got the vpn subscription and already paid for it, i downloaded it but when i'm installing it to my computer, it did not went through and just showed that there's an error, let me know what I'm going to do

Hello,

You can download the VPN from vpn.mozilla.org. You’ll be prompted to sign up/in to your Firefox Account. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest. After you've installed it, open the client (by searching your device for Mozilla VPN), flip the switch to On, and you're good to go! It'll cover any internet activity on the device while it is turned on, including your browser activity.

If this doesn't solve your issue, would you please elaborate on the problem you are experiencing?; - What Operating System (Linux, Mac OS or Windows10) and type of device is this occurring on?
