Firefox doesn't show popup when using negotiate method

Hello,

I try to access the Internet through my proxy. It authenticates the users with the negotiate method, in other words, it uses Kerberos as the first option and NTLM as fallback.

This configuration works properly with other browsers, but it doesn't with 80.0.1 Firefox. I checked with a wireshark capture that Firefox uses NTLM but it never shows the pop-up. So the user sees a 407 error and cannot browse.

I've read some threads I have to enable NTLM in Firefox settings but it doesn't work: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1013449 https://superuser.com/questions/664656/how-to-configure-firefox-for-ntlm-sso-single-sign-on

Any idea?

Best regards, Javier
