I programmed a Flash movie for an online weather service and in the movie there is a button to print text via the Flash Print Dialogue. On my computer there is Adobe Acrobat installed and I used that to print the text to a PDF file.

This used to work very well. Now it doesn't work. I can choose the printer (Adobe PDF) and then I get the dialogue for the filename and there it stops - I can't input anything, can't click anything. And have to use the task manager and close the plugin-container.

I found this here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1248857 and set dom.ipc.plugins.sandbox-level.flash to 0

Still the same problem - even after restarting the computer.

I also looked at the browser console, no error message there. Printing from Internet Explorer works fine.

Anyone any idea on how to solve this?

Thanks in advance!

Joerg
