Desktop machine:

  • Mac OS X 10.11.6
  • Firefox 57.0.1

Nexus 6P:

  • USB cable definitely works because I can access device in Chrome just fine
  • Debug mode when USB is connected is on (I've toggled, unplugged, plugged in, etc.)
  • Firefox for Android 57.0
    • Remote debugging via USB is on (I've toggled, unplugged, plugged in, etc.)
    • ADB Helper is installed, though under USB Devices, WebIDE is suggesting I install it (see attached image)

Downgrading from Firefox 57 to the last build of 56 on my desktop machine allowed me to access the device!
