When using the radio, the default volume range is set way too high. Even with volume set to lowest it is too loud for extended listening!

On my device, the volume is too low.. Not sure what's up with yours. Have you tried changing your pair of headphones?

Firefox OS. UK ZTE Open from eBay. Swapped out headphones, it actually hurts my ears.
