How do we restore the function of Password & User Log?

Since we downloaded and installed FF 11.04414, OUR PASSWORDS & USER Names are wiped every time that we close Firefox! How do we restore the password saver and user file. Very frustrating, each time that we have re-enter info, things work fine until we close Firefox. Next time we open Firefox, every password & user name that was setup in Password Saver is gone; the saved passwords and user identity is completely gone. How do we correct? Explorer & Google Chrome save passwords and user info, still work correctly!
