After installing FF8, and updating a few extensions, the browser now starts with with these updated extension tabs open every time. In addition, upon starting FF, I get a window telling me that it is checking the compatibility of my extensions with this browser version. These two problems cause FF8 to take twenty or more seconds to start each time. Please help by telling me how to have only my home page tab open at startup, and, how to prevent a test of extension compatibility being performed at each startup. Thanks.
