When I printed an Outlook email some essential parts of the email were missing

When I printed an Outlook email under Firefox 103.0.2 and Windows 10 some essential parts of the email were missing, however when I printed it using Microsoft Edge it printed correctly. I tried printing directly to the printer, as "Microsoft print to PDF" and "Save to PDF". The results from the printer, and "Microsoft print to PDF" were identical, but "Save to PDF" missed out different parts of the email were missing.
