All emails from one email provider which I receive daily is being sent to my trash folder automatically?

I receive emails from channel-bookings@myallocator.com - which informs me of new bookings when people book rooms at our hotel. It is only emails from this email address that automatically goes straight to my trash folder.

I have tried everything on this forum, and nothing works. I think I might have to find the route file, delete and reinstall but how would I do that?

I have no message filters on that would effect this, I check marked off junk email settings as mentioned in previous posts, and 10 other things.

Need help on this, thank you so much in advance!
