I have Windows XP 64 and when the 6.0 firefox was loaded.. I can't seem to be able to watch Netflix.. I call Netflix and they said I needed to put firefox back in 32 bit.. how do I do that?

when you guys sent 6.0 firefox and it updated on my computer. you automatically caused my computer to go back to 64 -bit .. I have XP 64 Windows and yet I ran everything in 32 bit.. I had to open Internet Explorer to watch Netflix.. I prefer FireFox though.. can you help in instructing how to fix this problem so I can watch netflix in 32 bit again?
