When I download, the program shows up on the 'downloads' box, but from there, I can't get it installed. The downloads box will not let me open,(open option not the active blue color) clicking does not help. I have restarted a few times, have tried trouble shoot pages on Firefox, have turned off my firewall... I am stumped. Anyone have an answer for me? Thanks in advance. gonetothedogs
