I'm using Firefox for years but never faced this issue. If I close Firefox and open again my open tabs are restoring, settings and prefrences not changing. But if I restart my pc and start Firefox, session not restoring, opened tabs are not restoring.

I've tried backup and restore my profile (Files can see on attachment). After restoring profile tabs are opening, my old settings are there, until I restart my pc. What should I do now?
