When I start incognito mode, the cursor is not in the address box. It's also not in the search box. If I type in the keyboard, nothing happens.

If I launch incognito mode, then I press CTRL+T to create a new tab, it looks exactly the same as the first tab, but now the cursor _is_ in the address bar. Is there a reason why opening incognito mode doesn't default focus to the address box on the initial page? I've noticed this on multiple computers, so I don't think it is an issue with my setup, but that is possible.
