my sent folder had 5700 emails, may have been too many. recently sent an email, got error message the it could not be copied to sent folder. Then I had perpetual hourglass in both inbox and sent folders & no longer receive emails. I tried compacting both inbox and sent folders, no change. Then I went into sent folder propertires and hit repair folder. Now all sent emails are gone but 1.7 GB size remains in properties. How to fix?
