Hello

When I go on different websites, my location shows a zip code for an area that I moved from 4 years ago. Even after I sign in and update it again and again, it still happens. I called Apple support, but they said the issue is in my browser. I am not so sure. Please let me know what you think

After I left the university and started working at the government lab, my authentication sometimes seemed lost. My connection to NCBI frequently stopped, and other connections also took a long time and finally timed out. I am now creating my paper and applying for the research grant. This condition affects my work. Could you make it no longer happen or tell me how to set it up? Sincerely, Miyabi Tanaka

With the new iPhone iOS update to iOS 18, the tab view is expanded so I can only see two tabs at a time on my screen (see attached screenshot). Since I routinely have over 50 tabs open, this makes it very difficult to scroll through to find the one I want, or even just to peruse them.

Before the update, two open tabs were visible in each row, so I could see at least four open tabs at a time.

Is there any way to modify the view so I can see more tabs per screen again?

I am using Firefox Focus for iOS. Firefox has a file download folder, but Firefox Focus does not have a download folder. Does Firefox Focus not have a download feature?

The display in Open Tabs suddenly changed from a single page I can see all at one to a vertical list of big icons. I don't know why it changed -- I must have tapped something inadvertently. I want to switch back to the old (default) display, but there is no relevant settings menu I can find. What do I do?

On my iPhone Firefox browser, every time I swipe out of the browser to my Home Screen or to another app and then return to Firefox, it never returns to my recently used tab. Instead, it opens a new tab. How can I change the settings so that every time i open Firefox it goes back to my recent tab

Server hasn't been able to read any of my articles (even ones <1min) for a few weeks. I'm happy to delete old articles off the server to give it more space but the app doesn't give me that possibility. I have loved using this app in the past and hope these are just temporary glitches! I have attached a screenshot of the red alert I get when trying to listen to articles. (Note: the full screenshot tells the time but didn't include the red alert. The second screenshot is from the same screenshot but isolated the alert.)
