Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.
Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.
Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

I have another appt scheduled with another doctor & need to fix this problem asap Thanks

Hello,
I'm writing because I’ve encountered an issue with the tab groups feature in Firefox.
Some time ago, after a browser update, I noticed a new feature that allowed me to group tabs thematically — I could name each group (e.g., "Study", "Work"), choose a color for it, and save and close groups to reopen them later. I found it very useful and used it a lot.
Last night, I decided to declutter my browser and closed several tab groups using the built-in menu. A bit later, I shut down my computer, but perhaps too quickly. This morning, when I turned my computer back on, Firefox was very slow to start. After a restart, everything seemed to work fine again, and the open tabs were restored.
However, all my previously saved (but temporarily closed) tab groups disappeared. In the tab group menu, I can now only see the ones currently open. I’ve searched through all the settings and history but cannot find any way to restore the missing groups.
Is there any way to recover the tab groups that I had previously saved and closed?
Thank you very much in advance!

It's really strange (I'm still trying to understand my relatively new Windows 11 laptop), bookmarks have been where I'd expect them for a few days, then this morning, it's as if Firefox has done some sort of clean/re-arrangement. The bookmarks had disappeared and there wasn't my usual array of sites available along the top. Then by clicking on a few things on the right (Firefox) 'most used' re-appeared, then later the toolbar is there on the right, I'd really like it back on the left And also I'd love to know whether I might have done something unconsciously which caused this.

Every time I access the web I get a report from Norton saying "Threat secured". It attaches every single website that I open. See attachment for some exmaples (only variabole part of message shown apart from first one). This is occuring 50+ times a day but does not occur using Edge, so it appears to be related to Firefox. PLEASE help. Norton have not helped with this. Thank you- Colin O'Brien

This may seem like a dumb question, but I have never used a recovery key before, and I am not sure it is worth having one. To me it just seems like a secondary password, in case someone can't locate their first password. Well, if you are the kind of person who loses and forgets passwords, won't you lose and forget recovery keys also? I recently added one, but honestly I don't see why it makes me more secure, since I store it in the same place as my password. Should we be storing passwords and security keys in different places?

When using the new version of Firefox, I found that bookmarks only appeared in new tabs. Once I opened other web pages, there were no bookmarks above the screen, which made me feel inconvenient. Previously, the new tabs could also be customized, but now they can only be blank or the default pages of Firefox. So, can the new version of Firefox solve these problems? Or which of the older versions of Firefox can still meet my requirements?
