Trying to create a new account with CRA for tax purposes, after 20 questions got a message that I need to adjust my setting regarding Java Script Function. Don't have a clue what that means

I recently bought a new computer and had my data transferred from the old one, but the vast majority of my passwords have disappeared. Even after copying the logins.json and key4.db files from the "Old Firefox Data" folder, I was only able to recover 8 of my 50+ passwords. I can’t even manually change my passwords one-by-one because I don’t even remember all of my accounts, let alone my passwords.

Please help me.

I have a problem on Firefox ONLY with my Shopify website login. I was having a weird problem with captcha cycling over and over and with Shopify's help I've changed all my passwords, added various authentication steps, including adding Norton and their VPN on top of the Firefox VPN. During all this I noticed a user that is NOT ME on my Shopify login page. Shopify can't figure it out and asked me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox which I did today. Mind you, everything is completely fine and normal on Chrome. After the reinstall, that user was still there! I logged them out, reset my password, checked it in Chrome and logged back in on Firefox. The user is STILL THERE!

What triggered all this was a random email about my products where the to: was blank. I replied to see which address it went to, which turned out to be a personal address that IS NOT associated to my websites. I actually have 3 on Shopify but only 1 has been weird. That got me worried. So I contacted Shopify and then this user (not me) showed up as I was doing screenshots to send to Shopify via chat.

Also all the Norton scans say everything is clean.

I have spent over a week working with Shopify in various capacities and now they have asked for an insane amount of information to ensure I am who I say I am. In fact I got a second round today! I've supplied both sets of information.

Is there anyone on the Firefox side that could help me troubleshoot this....live...not in chat hopefully! Could it be a Firefox issue?

When I use another browser (Edge) there seems to be no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

After a recent Firefox upgrade to 100/101 my browser at work and at home no longer saves my login credentials/cache for Gmail, Facebook etc.. This forces me to login to Gmail with password and username every time which I'm not a fan of. I have security set at standard in Firefox and I didn't change any of my settings that I recall. I'm using Windows 10 PCs and I'm also using Firefox Sync.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Hi dear managers, In Firefox 101.0 i want to clear Saved Passwords from History Menu > Clear Recent History! But in new version of FF it is not there. Is there a way to clear Saved Passwords from that menu instead of Saved Logins... In Settings of FF separately?

I have used for many years Java in Firefox to stream live a stock market app. In order to continue using that app I have to use now Microsoft Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox. Is there a solution?

Hey there, I have recently completely formatted my pc as it was kind of slow.I then reinstall Mozilla fore fox login as turn on sync and had to login to steam but as i was logging in i forgot password so i checked my passwords as it was saved in Mozilla fire fox previously but i didn't see any saved passwords not only form steam i didn't see a single password of different websites saved on it is there any way to get those passwords back (i had already made an account and saved passwords on it but after re-installation I login to my fire fox account and still see no passwords). A quick help will be very much appreciated

In my cfg file for firefox i use a custom DNS server (Quad 9 which uses 9.9.9.9). It appears this causes DNS Leaks while using a VPN.

The line is this: lockPref("network.trr.uri", "https://dns.quad9.net/dns-query"); Obviously instead of writing 9.9.9.9 this line uses the above shown adress.

If i want to use cloudflare which is 1.1.1.1 instead of 9.9.9.9 what adress do i have to use? Still haven't figured this out...

I am unable to remember my Firefox account password after re imaging my computer. Fortunately, I did create and save my recovery keys.

I've reviewed the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys

However, when I click the pass reset link in the email as dictated in step 2 under the 'Reset your password with your recovery keys' section, I do not see any fields to enter my recovery key as highlighted in step 3. I haven't taken this step yet because I do not want to lose my password and bookmark information associated to my account.

Can you please confirm how to utilize my recovery codes?

help needed to stop firefox from cancelling the consent (tick box) for providing my logins and password details automatically when required. the tick keeps being removed from my "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" when I close firefox. How do I fix it please...

2 step verification can not turn off I have been working on this problem for days read help files you tube video asked our administrator 2 step is turned off for the whole company. It is affecting only one of my 4 computers. The setup will not show a button to turn it on or off and no pop up ever. Firefox and Chrome same problem.

I have tried everything I know (I think) but Firefox won't allow me to stay logged in. How do I accomplish this??? I have researched online and still have not been able to accomplish this.... Google Chrome is no problem.... I stay logged in to it, but not so with Firefox... Help!!!!

I follow the instructions for setting a Primary Password (which is constantly being asked for!), but the page turns hazy and unaccessable when I click on the 3 dots and I never get to Options. What do I have to do now?

i own a macbook and have recently switched from chrome to firefox- in my mac settings, it hasnt given firefox the permissions to use my microphone or camera. it doesnt show up the usual list to be able to allow the permissions. i've enabled microphone and camera permissions for the websites i want through firefox, but i cant even unmute myself. i think i need firefox to give me a popup and ask for microphone permissions, but it hasnt done that- and even if it did, i think it would show up in the list for allowing permissions through my mac settings (it shows applications that have requested for microphone access).
