I have found Wikipedia to be biased and to contain much incorrect information. I would prefer to omit results from Wikipedia and to use data from Grokipedia instead. This presents two questions: 1. Will Mozilla add a general option to add or remove search sources? And 2. will Mozilla add Grokipedia to its list of sources?

Mozilla currently allows a user to select an AI Chatbot to use in the updated sidebar. The choices are limited to Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Le Chat Mistral and Microsoft Copilot. When will Mozilla add Grok to this list of choices?

Since I upgraded to you, I am having trouble accessing important and medical info. I would like you to put every thing the way it was before. Easy access. You erraced some of my passwords, I want them back. I spend hours trying to find my info. I am 80 yrs old and do not need this aggravation. Thank you Moira

In the last week or so I have noticed that when I go online to to purchase something or just browse for items, my location has altered from UK to Ireland. I wondered if anyone has had the same experience and maybe has an answer to help me.

I have a problem trying to get the app PC Express past the sign in. The app is part of the yourindependentgrocer.ca app. I have used Firefox, Chrome and Edge and have encountered the same problem. I use Proton for my e-mail and I have used all their apps for my computer. I recently changed the start up app from judymk@protonmail.com to judymk@pm.me. I don't think this is a problem as Proton says the app should not care what protocol is used as it translates the same regardless of what app is used. I would appreciate any help with this.

opened firefox saturday and screen was totally different than what i had. guess it updated, but not returned to my profile. have tried to open my profile and succeeded, but can't get it to come on automatically when i open firefox again. how do i open the profile i want and then keep it opened?

My computer crashed and after restarting I have lost my account data including profiles, history, bookmarks, extensions, open tabs, etc.

I have tried the basic methods suggested online like looking for hidden profiles, finding a folder for old Firefox data on the desktop, restoring from apparent backups that are meant to be there, etc. The account should have been logged in all this time and had sync on, which is not working... but should there be some sort of sync history I can restore from? Or a local backup from somewhat recently?

Youtube webpages won't load properly after saving. They start to load but then switch to a white page. I need to be able to save a video's webpage to save links and other information for later viewing. This started happening on any computer 2 or 3 months ago. I'm thinking that youtube did something that causes the saving of their webpages to be messed up. Youtube webpages display fine on youtube.com but saving their webpages doesn't work anymore.

I can't save my tabs & windows anymore, I have the box checked but after I close down the computer I lose all the tabs when I reopen and then I need to put them all back manually. What has gone wrong it always worked before for many years? Please tell me how to fix it

A user I am servicing uses Firefox every day. They are on Windows 11. Every afternoon (sometimes at other times), Firefox stops working and loses its internet connection (everything else on their computer continues to be connected).  When they close and restart Firefox to reconnect, it then tells me the user that they are using an old profile and need to create a new one.  They're able to re-log into their Firefox account, which eventually resyncs all their data, but they then have to re-sign into everything, which is a major inconvenience.  The only workaround the I have found is to reinstall Firefox, ever time this happens which then allows the user to use all their settings until they have to repeat the process the next day (i.e., everything remains signed in and/or logging back in is easier than described above).

I cannot log into Facebook with my Firefox browser. Even though the username and password are entered correctly, the login freezes and I cannot proceed. I am able to access the site on other devices. On my laptop, I deleted all cookies, history, and cache as recommended. I am able to log in to Instagram on this device. Coincidental to this problem: when I try to view video on newyorktimes.com, the browser freezes. I cannot view content in other open tabs and must reboot the browser.

I have reset Firefox as default browser on my Windows 11 PC a hundred times in the past few months. Today, I could not reset it at all -- I click the default button in Windows 11 and as soon as I close that settings window, it disconnects. I've run out of things to try to fix this. I think it MIGHT be related to Norton 360, because I first notice this problem when I opened Norton.
