Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

I have a YouTube loading problem, it works on all other browsers except Firefox. When you go to the YouTube homepage, the whole screen is blank with black and grey colours, on the homepage no video loads, no words on the screen, no ads, just blank. it works like normal on Chrome,Opera,Internet Explorer.

I am on windows 8, all blockers are off, on the latest version 115.9.1. no other problems on my PC.

Please help me restore my browsing session :(

For the past several months I have been using Mozilla, and the feature to restore previous browsing session has always worked well. Even after I clear the most recent history or remove the most immediate cookies, this feature would still work e.g. after I restart my PC or just restart the browser. It would restore all the tabs I was using previously including the most recent tab I was on before the browser closed or restarted. However, this morning, I tried to clear my immediate browsing history as I usually do and the browser froze while I was in the process of clearing this immediate history (continuously displaying the pop-up window/interface for clearing history and not allowing me to do much else on the browser - I couldn't even click anything on the tab I was on, nor could I navigate to another tab and/or open a new tab; and only the close button, and maximize window button, and minimize window buttons were responding). After waiting for a while for it to start working again, I got frustrated and I closed the browser.

I then opened the browser again, but this time, it didn't restore the previous browsing session and didn't even take me to the last tab I was on.

What could have happened this time around? It has not behaved like that for this whole year.

NB: I have not done anything to the browser after opening it! I am still on the same page it landed on when I opened it (just in case).

I keep getting a 403 error message when trying to access the British Airways website. This is the first time I have encountered this, although it is perhaps 3 years since I last flew BA. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have also tried to access the same ba.com site using Edge - with the same error message. This suggests that the problem may lie with BA. However, they have no technical support that I can reach. So I do not know what to do next. I use Kaspersky anti-virus and Malwarebytes to screen for malware. This is a recent problem, videos don't play after an update to Firefox 107, I've checked and unchecked hardware acceleration, and turned off add-ons. Everything plays fine in edge!! What else can I try

Joining ZOOM meetings doesn't work in Firefox, works fine in Chrome or Edge - A zoom link for a class (via Canvas, if that matters) will not open zoom. Used to work a month ago. Edge or Chrome works fine. Any suggestions?? thx,

hello, i would like to change what page shows up when i open a new tab (to the you.com page), i tried new tab override but then the adress bar on top has the url i opened chose which is very inconvenient

I used to have Firefox update itself using automatic updates, and occasionally I would manually trigger an update by checking the HELP>ABOUT menu. For some time now, I am getting an error message inside the ABOUT pop-up window. The current message is "Unable to check for updates due to internal error".

I've un-installed and re-installed several times. It doesn't happen on other computers I own where updates work just fine.

I tried searching, but couldn't find anything relevant

Any ideas how to fix this?

I changed the header/footer in about:config, but the changes will not save. Every time I change them, they revert to something else. I need &T for headerleft, &PT for headerright, &U for footerleft and &D for footerright. Invariably it changes all the headers to &U, footerleft to &P, and footerright to &D. My only thought is that I haven't saved the updates properly. Please help! ~AM

I recently swapped to Firefox (113.0) from Chrome.

I'm trying to open my employer's website (https://www.accenture.com/us-en) but it doesn't load on Firefox.

It's not an internet issue as I can open up Edge and it will load instantly. Firefox gives the "this page is slowing down Firefox" message

I tried turning off my extensions (I have uBlock) without it making a difference.

Hello, I've noticed a change since the last update and don't understand why?

When opening the bookmarks tab I would get the drop down of a long list of links I have saved. I sometimes bunch them into groups so when looking down the long list, I can see the link I want better when more than one are from the same website.

But my issue is that when I went through the list and found that group of links, I could click onto one to open the page. In the past before the update I could click on the bookmarks drop down again, and still see the same area of links I had just clicked on.

Now when the bookmarks drop down closes it defaults to the top of the list and I need to scan down to find the links I was looking at again. Why? Yes when I closed the browser off and reopened it the bookmarks list would start at the top again. But if left opened I could click on the bookmarks tab and it would open to the same link area I clicked onto last.

Is there a way in settings I can reverse this annoying, unnecessary change.

A word to the Firefox workers that like changing things for no reason. I use Firefox because I like the things your browser has that the others don't. Keep taking the little things away that people like, which you seem to keep doing, then my favourite browser will just become "The same old s#*@" like all the others.

I use Quickbooks. I've been frustrated on mozilla with the last two characters being cut off. I can change the zoom, but that doesn't help. It didn't used to happen, but I don't know which version this started with. When I use the same product under Chrome, it doesn't happen, so it's not the product. Any way you can help me?

Hello, I'm teaching German as a foreign language - both f2f and online via Zoom. Up until recently I could call up the websites I would need for the online training, turn off the computer to save power and when I started it again the next day, all the tabs from the previous session would automatically reappear when I started Firefox. But now I cannot click the option "Open previous windows and tabs". I really don't want to completely delete this program and start from scrap because I'm scared I might lose all the bookmarks I collected for my job over the years.
