Firefox disappear when everytime my internet connection lost. I use Vaio Netbook, and an USB modem Flexi Modem Dialer by IVIO Telecom for my connection. Operating System: Windows 7 Starter 32 bit SP1. Please help.

Firefox disappear when everytime my internet connection lost. It didn't happen when I use GoogleChrome. I use Vaio Netbook, and an USB modem Flexi Modem Dialer by IVIO Telecom for my connection. Browser: Firefox v6.0. Operating System: Windows 7 Starter 32 bit SP1. Please help.

The box is already checked in General Options=> submit crash reports, but it didn't give me Crash ID.
