''Added this to your original post - [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/787378]'' - TonyE addendum: When I open the "manage search engines, there is supposed to be some engines installed; but there never was any engines in there. So I would hit "get more engines" which took me to add-ons. It said "add to Firefox" but then nothing would happen. I don't know where they went, but they did not go into the engine toolbar!!??
