what happened to the choose search engine dropdown menu?

hello there!

does anyone know what happened to the choose search engine dropdown menu in the address bar? now it only shows results from whichever search engine i choose as the default from firefox prefs. Even though i have around 6 others chosen as alternative engines. Foe example, i may wish to quikly switch to wikipedia or duckduckgo search.
