ICS calendar format

So ICS is a common and for that matter standard file format for calendar import/export/sending and with Safari, it immediately gives me an option to import into my calendar but Firefox only downloads it and once downloaded, iOS can’t seem to do much with it, but that’s an iOS issue… Firefox, lien Safari should immediately prompt me to import into a calendar app that I default to but it doesn’t.
