Good morning,

I have 3 devices connected to my Firefox account: a Windows 10 desktop, a Windows 11 laptop, and an iPhone 13. I have sync enabled on all 3 devices. My desktop shows 217 logins and paswords, but my iPhone and Windows 11 laptop (ASUS Zenbook) only show 47. No matter what I do, I cannot get all the passwords to sync from my desktop, to the other two devices. I've logged out and back in, disabled and enabled syncing, manually synced, but still nothing.

Is there something else that I'm missing or not doing that I should be?

When using "send tab to device", the submenu previously showed all synced devices, in my case, more than 10 devices. Recently it only shows 4 devices and there is no way to access the other ones. Is this broken or is it a recent change? If so, can I revert the behavior with a preference?

Under "manage devices", I still see all of my synced devices, they just don't show up in the "send to device" submenu.

I cant login to my firefox account on both devices anymore since a recent update.

I use the Arkenfox user.js on Desktop and Mull on Android.

sync still works, even though I cant login to my account.

Firefox 109.0 on Linux, Flatpak version.

Mull newest update from F-Droid based on 109.1.1 (nightly)

I accidentally remove all saved login information and all data remove form my firefox account. Now I can't login into one of my student email address which password changed with firefox auto generated password. Is there way to restore previous sync information ?

Good morning, some time ago I had to recover my password and lost my synced bookmarks. I really want to recover these bookmarks and I am asking for help in solving this problem.

I can't get a email with the code for this new 11 windows pc. Driving me nuts. I was trying to see and look to see if they block some companies to send a email. Not sure y u need the code anyways. We all know windows lies and hates any company like this one. They give enough warnings to the b s. Please try a email me with a code to get around this trash from windows. I can't figure this out. Making me mad. I only use this browser for tons of years. This code thing was a bad idea.

I'm trying to sync on my new laptop running windows 11. Firefox says my password is not correct but it is. My desktop that I use most often is running windows 10(can't upgrade to 11). Help!

I urgently need the bookmarks from my old firefox account. I have the same email address but have forgotten the password to my old firefox account, I also don't have a recovery key.

Is there any way for me to recover those bookmarks without having them deleted by reseting the password??

I recently transferred to Linux operating system, and when I login to firefox, and press sync, my saved logins aren't there. I've tried to log out then log back in, restarted the app several times, but won't show anything!

Before I transferred to Linux I was using Windows, and I made sure that the sync worked before transferring, so I tested the sync on a portable version of Firefox, and I was successful in syncing my saved logins.

But now it doesn't work, and I cannot see any of my passwords or logins, there is only 1 saved login which is locally stored, which was there before I logged into my account on Firefox.

Hello, I am in a dreadful situation.

I needed to format my PC, changing OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I have backed up my Mozilla profile just in case, along with other things.

Long story short - my backup failed. I thought that shouldn't be that much of a problem, as there's Firefox Sync. After getting the new OS, logging in to Firefox Accounts, syncing... nothing. It synced with the current state (so brand new browser) and didn't import anything. Bookmarks or history, which are very important to me. Currently, I have no way of retrieving them.

Is there a way to get Firefox Sync to Sync with what was saved some time ago? Literally anything before February 1st will work for me. I am very dependent on my browsers, Chrome synced perfectly fine, Firefox didn't.

I cannot find any relevant information on this topic, is there any chance of getting help here?

when creating an account, i simply typed in my age (21), but something went wrong and i ended up w a message that my age is too small and that its impossible to create an account. hilariously enough, i managed to repeat the process and successfully log in w chrome, but i cant figure out how to solve this issue within firefox itself. basically closing and reopening it wont work cuz i still get same age too small page

Do containers not sync? I don't see any explicit option to include them in the sync settings. I have "add-ons" and "settings" checked. One computer has the correct containers and the rest have the default set (personal, shopping, etc.). Sync is otherwise working correctly.

In response to early replies I realized I left out some detail in my question.

- I have sync enabled in the extension settings. - This is a continuous problem (the containers from one browser have never synced with the others, over many months) so I don't think it's just a time delay issue.

hi, i formatted my laptop, downloaded firefox, signed in and my old data didnt show up, i clicked sync but nothing changed. all my old passwords are lost and thee is no history before today.

Meu celular deu problema e o Google Authenticator estava nele, tentei acessar meu login do sync, mas solicita os números gerados pelo app pra Android. Tem alguma forma de reaver meu código de autenticação de alguma forma? no caso recadastrar meu Firefox Sync no meu Google Authenticator (novamente) ? Desde já grato.

I had a major PC crash that forced me into fresh installing windows to even be able to use my system. I thought i knew my password for firefox, but i could not for the life of me remember, it has been like 5 years. It said i would lose "some" bits of my history changing my pasword, bookmarks etc. But in reality it is literally everything. Not one bookmark, piece of history, or add on was remembered.

Is there anything you guys can do? I've lost extremely important bookmarks.

I purchased a new laptop and installed new OS. I logged in with my account in firefox for my saved bookmarks and password but not a single one is showing.

Also, i took backup of all my previous C: drive files to my HDD. Is there a way i can restore the data from Firfox folder?

On Linux platform: While using Firefox browser I have message of '500 error' when I try to login to my account to sync. It doesn't even get me to accounts.firefox.com.

On Reddit and twitter there are more and more reports of this issues.l on Linux.

Any help or advice...?
