I am getting the following error message: Platform version 131.0.1 not compatible with miniversion. Please see the screenshot attached for further details. I cannot open firefox due to this error message and I receive this error message every time I try to open the Firefox.

Hello dear community! My firefox keeps crashing when trying to open a tab or close a tab. I can't replicate it since it happens on random tab-closing and tab-opening. I think it's just crashing when doing something like clicking anywhere and NOT when doing nothing while the system is idling. Thank you for your help! Today, that trust was shattered when I opened my browser to find ads plastered across my homepage. This isn't just an annoyance; it's a betrayal of the very principles that drew me to your software. I can't use firefox to open google, sign in google before it's good, but after I upgrade, when I try to log in my google account using firefox, I can't type in any words, it's crashed. but outlook is ok. Please help. Thank you.

I thought I had solved this by adding the website to the "safe" list - I really cannot say how frustrating this is if I am being locked out of even safe sites. - This is a browser issue (I'm not that naive).

There is no real response from Moacilla(Firefox) here apart from throwing the Rulebbok at me and saying "Read!". I can only do so much Tune ups" and shut downs and ensure drives are functional. Please advise on the Browser Cache situation, rspecially as BBC iPlayer is added to the "Safe List" and yet still throws up the 400 Bad Gateway error message - an early reply would be useful.

I run G-mail in a Firefox tab. It worked perfectly until 48 hours ago. Now I cannot attach any files to my emails, and Gmail's "Help" is useless. Is there anything in FF which could be preventing this? Any clues as to why GM has turned nasty?

I tried setting every setting to English my region to Canada the browser opens in Turkish with a translate to English box. I go to a website and they are all in Turkish. How can I fix this???

Using Firefox I cannot read my Messages on e-bay. I can only see the sender of the message and the first two or three words, but cannot open the message. However if I switch to a different browser I am able to read the complete, full message. Can you locate the problem for me?
