Hello! I have Firefox, version 78.15.0 installed on my mac OSX 10.11.6. A few days ago I lost the ability to use messenger in FaceBook. I cannot send or receive messages from others. When I click on messages, nothing happens. This happened suddenly. Otherwise, Firefox works as normal on my older mac. Can you give me a hint as to what is causing this? The original way I set up my account was with [edited] @unseen.is; showing with the little icon next to it in the upper right corner of the page (Lockwise)

That ISP is no longer functioning. Therefore, when signing in, the prompt says, to "check my email". But of course I can't because it no longer exists!

I can't seem to figure out how to change it to This one from which I'm sending this message from: [edited] @proton.me

However I did change the https://accounts.firefox.com in the Firefox Lockwise. (See attached image)

After every update, my Fire Fox browser tells me that the version I used isn't supported anymore, forcing me to open a new browser. I lose everything! I can't keep doing this nearly everyday! I keep trying to ask for help but no one will help me! No matter what I do this issue continues. I thought it was because of my laptop but it's not. It's Fire Fox, which sucks because I loved using this browser.

I'm not sure that I picked the best topic, but here goes . . .

Sadly, I used an app called CleanMyMac X and now all of my passwords, etc, that were saved in "Blur" are gone. It seems that Blur might be in a folder called "Old Firefox Data" that is now on my computer's desktop, but all of what might be Blur's data is encrypted and I don't know how to access it.

I have written to Blur, and CleanMyMac, Mail.com, Google, and others, but I only get automated answers that won't work because I can't login to anything because my passwords are not available to me.

What to do? I can't even login to FF, nor can I get the email that FF has for me.

Can I ask for answers at [removed email from public] ?

I am trying to watch Channel 4 dramas which have DRM and cannot adjust my Firefox to allow me to do so. I am unable to click on to this corner and that corner and get the necesary sites to lift DRM. I am 80 years and not an adept 18 year old!

See above on Subject = inability on my laptop with Firefox provider to watch certain dramas/films on 4 due to DRM. My problem is trying to follow the instructions hitherto given. I just want to be able to access those sites with DRM overlordship getting in the way. I am an old man who is simple-minded, that is, not 18 years and adept at whizzing around laptops.

I often hop between Linux distro installations, and I generally use the same hostname for a single computer when I do reinstalls. I have had a computer called 'sparrow' that I've signed into Firefox several times on across OS changes, and they all appear in the 'Send Tab to Device' menu that I use frequently. Since none of these devices exist anymore, they're completely useless.

I've gone to the Manage Devices page where you can sign out of any devices that are currently logged into my Firefox account, but clicking sign out on 'sparrow' does nothing. It stays in the menu, and no entries from the tabs menu are removed. I've tried this from all my computers.

I've thought of maybe downloading all my firefox sync data and completely recreating my Firefox account, but I'm hoping there might be a simpler fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Closed tabs keep reappearing, either spontaneously or on Firefox restart. Trashed the session files, emptied the trash, even restarted the computer to no avail. It will even create duplicate tabs of these same five tabs that were closed days ago. Thank you in advance for your help.
