I keep getting this message even after the password has been entered : The proxy moz-proxy://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:**** is requesting a username and password

I repeatedly get prompted to enter my username and password for the proxy server even after it was accepted 30 minutes ago for FF11. The proxy moz-proxy://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:**** is requesting a username and password. I should only get prompted twice for the proxy but it's prompting me more than usual. I'm not having this issue with any other browser.
