In Firefox (9.0.1), when I want to add a new bookmark folder I highlight the parent folder that I should like to produce a new child and on pressing the New Folder button would expect a new child folder to be created with its temporary title (New Folder) highlighted for amendment. What actually happens is that the focus remains on the parent folder with -its- title highlighted (unnecessarily) for amendment, whereas (normally out-of-view) a child folder -is- created but is not ready for title amendment. If you navigate off the parent to the child and highlight the 'New Folder' title, mostly(!) the highlight disappears before the amendment is complete and requires a second (or more) double-click to achieve what is required.
