After upgrading to v 7.0.1 my wireless mouse has great difficulty in moving the scroll bar and the 'up' arrow of the scrowl; this doesn't happen with Internet Explorer nor with previous version of Firefox

Version 7.0.1 appears to have disabled the ability of my Microsoft Wireless mouse to move the vertical scroll bar. I can scroll using, with the mouse, the down arrow but not the up arrow. Fortunately, Page Up and Page Down work OK. Loading the same pages into Internet Explorer, my mouse in unharmed! I have removed Firefox and reloaded from your website - same effect.
