The Mozilla VPN cannot connect. Tried Montreal, Toronto, New York and Phoenix
Mozilla VPN works just fine on my Windows 10 desktop. I connect to the Server in Montreal.
When I try to connect from the same physical location with my Android smart phone it just fails. The phone has WiFi turned on and the receiver is only 2 feet away.

After the last update, we have received several reports from our Android users about the VPN not connecting. Our engineering team is already working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I'm new to Mozilla VPN, and am having the same issue as stated above (android vpn not connecting after the last update).
How exactly do I issue a support request? I've tried sorting through VPN client settings options, but everything links back to the generic support pages... A set of navigation steps would be most helpful.

...please disregard my earlier post. I was attempting to navigate the wrong option (i.e., 'Help Center' instead of 'Contact us')...
