Locked out of account due to loss of 2FA and paying for Mozilla VPN
I feel quite silly after realising what I have done but recently I took my iPhone to have its battery replaced by Apple. Before doing this I erased everything on my phone which erased all of my 2FA items on Google Authenticator. I tried logging into Firefox and it requested the code found on the Authenticator app, which I no longer have. I should also mention I have stupidly since erased the backup of my phone thinking everything was working correctly. I am, however, still logged onto the Mozilla VPN app on MacOS, but cannot manage my account as it asks for the 2FA code.
I assume that there is no way to recover my account as I also did not keep my recovery codes (very dumb I know). However, I was wondering if there was at least a way to cancel my subscription so I can then make another account and pay for it seperately on that account.
