VPN not connecting on Win 10
Operating Windows 10 on a PC. VPN opens but on attempting to connect it says "Connecting" for a varying time then disconnects without ever having made the connection. I've tried various locations to no avail. Works fine on my Android phone going in on the VPN using the same IP. Have tried restarting.

Try signing out of the Mozilla VPN (you can do this by going to the gear icon on the top right of the application, then scrolling down to "Sign out"), uninstalling it, re-downloading it from vpn.mozilla.org, and reinstalling it. The sign out is an important part of the process due to deleting some files that otherwise don't get purged. This usually resolves these kinds of issues.

Thanks. I found my way there eventually. The tip about actually signing out rather than just closing and restarting might come in handy if it happens again.
Hi,
Still stuck at "attempting to confirm connection" before it fails. Resetting doesn't work... The app works great on my android smartphone. On Windows 10, it fails after a slow attempt.
Same on my end with Windows 10 Lenovo. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling several times (with the log out) and it just keeps "Connecting..." before timing out. Works fine on my Android BlackBerry though... Need help fixing this!
