Hi, Thank you for your question, there is also a bug that has been noted and filed from the redit community: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1022121

There is also a recommendation on the FAQ page of the ZTE Open C ebay page that mentions that you can adjust this setting by: To adjust the contrast and brightness of mobile phone:

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Tap "Personalization—
  3. Tap "Display" and tap "Brightness"
  4. Remove the check mark next to "Adjust Automatically", then you can move the bar on the lower to adjust the display brightness of LCD, then click Ok.

If you have any other questions in the meantime we are happy to help.
