Since the new update, when i hover over a link, it will highlight a link about 2cm down the page

When i hover over a page, the page will highlight and show mouseover information for whatever is about 2cm below where i'm hovering on the page. If i click, it will click the correct space however.

Also, if i turn on full screen browsing, and scroll up to where the address bar is off screen, the problem goes away. This is not always possible on every page, however.
