My old password isnt working, require assistance with setting as I have probably made mistakes trying to fix it. I have trouble shooted everything. Please help

used a google apps double auth and found that may stop the login, I don't believe I had changed my password, should I have done this, whats the fix? I can log into Google Mail no problem with the old password???
