Status bar missing. Firefox(/IE symbol) symbol used to be in far right corner of Status bar; if you opened Firefox window Firefox symbol would be in corner ~ if """ IE Window IE symbol """". You could click on symbol to access/switch to the other OS (the symbol would change). ----- I normally open a Firefox window using the 'multiple tab in same window' option (each 'tab window' opens with the Firefox symbol in the lower corner). Some of the apps I use are not supported by Firefox. Issue: I need to click on the Firefox window symbol to switch to an IE tab window before I open the app! THE FIREFOX SYMBOL IN THE LOWER WINDOW CORNER IS NOW MISSING!!!!!

Can you still bring up the Add-ons bar (Ctrl+/) and the Find bar (Ctrl+F) ?

Firefox 4 + versions no longer have the Status bar.
The functionality of the Status bar has been replaced by the Add-ons bar that extensions can use.
