My toolbars and even my Firefox tab keep disappearing. How do I get them back?

I have tried everything. Your chat does not answer me. I need help. On your website the Firefox tab is at the top and my normal tool bar is at the bottom. However, all the add-on toolbars, ie, Roboform and google and My Points are missing. But, when I click on the web browser Firefox opens with NO toolbars top or bottom and NO Firefox tab. How do I fix this and stop it from happening again and again?
