I have a professional meeting which is launched through Skype for Business web app through an address: https://join.ucrtc.clientxyz.com/meet/name.sur/3QWNCPV2 I have installed Firefox 56. I click on the URL, and I directed to the home page of Skype Business where I prompted to install the plug in. The plug in is downloaded but when I click "run" it is never installed (as I believe) and then I can only join the skype meeting with no audio available. I tried many workarounds: disable antivirus, private mode, permissions (manually select the microphone "always allow", remove the plug-in from programs and then re-install it manually etc. but nothing helped. Please help!!! When I used firefox 52 I didn't have such problem. Since my main part of work requires Skype meetings and I have used to use Firefox as my browser, it seems that I have to check alternate browsers if this will not be solved.
