How do I change the application for a new URL scheme that I have previous set ?

I am a Lotus Notes user and it seems Lotus notes provides a new URL scheme. I can now enter in the browser "notes://server/info" the first time I did this is firefox I was prompted as to the application I wanted to execute. Firefox had in the list "lotus notes" or I could select another application. I chose "lotus notes". Now whenever I enter a "notes:" URL notes gets invoked. My question how do I change this to pick another application ?
