2 days ago one of my 2 email address' stoped receiving mail but can still send. How do I fix this?

I have 2 email address'. One is working fine, the other stopped receiving email, but can still send it. I am not puter friendly, and have not changed any settings. It stopped receiving 2 days ago, and yesterday I got a pop up message that it was processing the account and to wait to receive messages until the account was processed, but nothing came thru. How do I get it to resume normal function? Thanks, HPMR
