FF Private Network (vpn) "needs attention"

I've been a volunteer tester of FPN for months. This AM I got a pop-up that FPN needs attention and to log into account. I could not log into the account through the link provided by FPN even after four attempts/confirming usr/pwd. I did get in via the moz://a site and here I am. Is there an issue with the FPN vpn? What can I do to resolve? Thx
