Facebook won't load,youtube load slowly,sometimes stops

After I reinstalled windows I get this problems in firefox.Facebook stops and won't load further,youtube videos are loading slowly sometimes stops.Before I did not had this problems.I again reinstalled my windows again same story.Drivers are all same as I had before when there were not problem.Also I have no malwares.Facebook is loading in Chrome but videos are still loading slowly.

I also refreshed firefox,deleted addons but nothing helps
