Second tab automatically started
When Firefox (3.6.16) is started, my home page is shown on the first tab. A 2nd tab is automatically started. The timing of this varies, as it is sometimes started when Firefox is started. Other times, it is up to a couple of minutes later. It is only a 2nd tab that is auto started, never a 3rd. Also, the web page (if that is the correct term) that is started varies - sometimes it is Google, sometimes it is Wallmart Visitor. There is a 3rd one, but I don't remember what it is.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I downloaded, installed, and ran Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. This problem (and several others) has not re-occurred since. Please close this.
