Firefox 110.0 is still the current Release and macOS 10.12 (ten.twelve) or later is still the minimum requirement for macOS. Firefox 111.0 is not scheduled for release until March 14.

Just download it and install separately. I run the current version and Nightly on my mac running 10.13.6. see screenshot
