On Monday last, whilst printing email information my firefox connection disappeared. I later recovered the site, however now have no connection with my default printer Cannon 6300 seies and my printer. Also unable to remove the item I wished to print when the site was down in print list, have removed other items in print list with no problem. Now cannot not only remove item from print list, also cannot print using Firefox Browser on default printer. Have spent some time trying to solve situation. Any assistance which can be supplied would be gratefully received. Also now problems with printing from Windows office in Word, and Excel?
