I paid for and downloaded the Mozilla VPN without being told that it doesn't work on 32 bit Windows 10. Since I can't use it, I want my money back.

Note on https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ if you scroll down to FAQs it says what devices Mozilla VPN is compatible with and how to submit a refund.

Windows 10 (64-bit only) macOS (10.14 and up) Android (version 8 and up) iOS (12.0 and up) Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 and up)

Hi James. All it says is to click on something in the Mozilla VPN app. I can't install the app. I need a way to request a refund that doesn't go through the app.

Hi Pastorchrisdare

I'm sorry that you've fallen into this issue... whilst I'm personally unsure as to why x86 (32bit W10 OS) is still an install option (maybe a few niche cases where x86 OS is still optimal). I'd assume virtually all CPU's that are capable of running W10, without being stressed by the OS itself, are of an x64 architecture.... this is likely why Mozilla only produced the Windows version of their software with x64 support in mind as x86 (32bit) is likely to be a minuscule proportion of the market these days & whilst W10 is backwards compatible and runs x86 programs, its no doubt more economical for the developers to focus on the CPU architecture that's prevalent these days.

All that being said, it's no doubt frustrating for you to have signed up and not be able to use a service that you've paid for. As was advised above it appears Mozilla advise that x64 is the only supported Windows environment, however this may have been hidden within small print and I hope that you're able to get assistance to get a refund for a product you've not been able to use.

Whilst its no doubt difficult for Mozilla VPN to identify if you've actually been able to use your VPN subscription or not, as they state no logs are recorded... your situation is best directed to actual support, rather than the forums....

The link below has been copied directly from the Mozilla VPN support page: submitting a query there will result in a response from Mozilla Support, I hope you're able to get your situation resolved.
